Support reporting code coverage information into Diffusion

Description

Currently lint information can be reported into Diffusion, but it'd be great to be able to report code coverage analysis as well. On a file view it'd display the same line-by-line coverage as shown in Differential; on a folder view it'd show the coverage per file and average coverage per sub-directory.
