Description

This feature is somewhat tentative, but might provoke strong feelings of joy and/or unjoy?

Personally, my muscle memory is hitting this link instead of the /D123 link, since it's in the place the /D123 link used to be. I'm not sure I love that, and maybe will reverse the order and put /D123 up top.

No one seemed to hate this. I'm not sure it's seeing too much use, but we could grep some access logs eventually.
