User image is found broken on migrating to the latest version of Phabricator.

Description

Upgrading the phabricator from last version to latest one from the github URL : https://github.com/phacility/phabricator is breaking the default user images.

Latest Version of Phabricator : phabricator e5b3d0331974e26523e2c4077886abf62dfc3557 (Sat, May 27)

Steps to Reproduce :

  1. Please open the URL : https://github.com/phacility/phabricator
  2. Please upgrade the last version of Phabricator to the latest version as provided above.

Expected Result :
User images shouldn't be broken and in case no user image is used, by default initial character of the name should be visible as an image.

Actual Result :

There isn't enough information here to reproduce the issue as described. Do you have additional steps I can follow and see the issue locally?

We don't know how to reproduce this, and haven't received more information in several days.

If this is still an issue, feel free to file a new issue which includes reproduction steps we can follow to reproduce the issue in a local environment (see Providing Reproduction Steps for help).
