On a mobile device, I go to the global search and type in Daemons to bring me to the Daemons application. Once in the application I see the Console page (as seen below)

I could not find any button to get to the All Daemons page from this view.

I needed to get to this view because apparently all my daemons had died, and I had to go to a computer to verify.
(You also can't get to Manage Bulk Jobs)
