Repo steps:

• Be logged in
• Have Persistent Chat open
• Have a Read only URI on a repo
• Go to the repo in diffusion
• Click the key icon (tooltip is Manage Password) next the URI

What happens:
URL bar updates with url but page does not actually refresh or navigate

What should happen:
Page should actually show the settings page.
