Reproduction Steps
  1. Create an inline comment on a differential revision
  2. Use an at-mention of a disabled user
  3. Submit comment or preview it, there is a line ahead of the username instead of the normal dot.
Environment
  1. Reproducible on this install, secure.phabricator.com
  2. Firefox 48.0.1
  3. OSX 10.10.5
