Show the repo name in the Owners app's "paths" editor
Closed, ResolvedPublic

Description

Context

  • Our phabricator instance is tracking many repositories.
  • We'd like to start using the Owners feature for more things; e.g. language-specific review, project-specific review, etc...

Repro steps

  1. Have many repositories.
  2. Create a new owners package.
  3. Edit the paths.
  4. Click the repo drop-down.

Expected output

An easy way to identify which repo is which.

Actual output

A list of call-signs (numbers as of a few updates ago).

Assumptions

I'm assuming that this was not previously a problem when repos were encouraged to use call signs. In fact, the two repos we created before call signs became optional are easy to identify in this list.

Alternatively, I'm assuming the feature is the way it is in order to avoid situations where two repos have the same name, therefor introducing ambiguity into the decision. In order to also satisfy this consideration could the field show both the callsign and the project's full name?
