Description

If you rename a task, the notification says, i.e:

Quiddity renamed T78346: Wikitext editing toolbar for Flow from "Editing toolbar(s) for Flow (VE and/or wikitext toolbar)" to "Wikitext editing toolbar for Flow".

In fact, the "to X" is redundant:

Quiddity renamed T78346: Wikitext editing toolbar for Flow from "Editing toolbar(s) for Flow (VE and/or wikitext toolbar)"
