How to reproduce:

1. setup Herald rule that would make yourself an auditor to the created commits
2. make a 2 commits (to get to image shown below I have 11 non audited commits)
3. ask some other to "Raise Concern" on another (not made above) commit
4. on homepage see "Audit 1 / 2" - correct
5. move mouse over numbers and see tooltip below:

On above image text should be:

1 Problem Commit
11 Needs Audit Commits
