Pholio provides an editor with Remarkup for the description but does not render it. See M12

Steps to reproduce:

• Create a new pholio document
• Add a description and format it with the provided buttons.
• Upload an image and add a formatted description to it
• Save the document

Expected result:

I see the formatted description

Actual result:

I see the Remarkup markup
