Root Problem: When using milestones/workboards for sprints, or other similar planning styles, new milestones must individually be managed for each project. This means that the admin needs to go through each project, create the next milestone (set dates if using the sprint extension) and create a workboard from imported columns.

Potential Solution: Create a bulk milestone creation that allows user to make the same milestone or subproject across multiple parent projects. Alternatively, if sprint integration is tighter, it could be automatically generated based on sprint intervals (this solution would be awesome but I suspect would be more a feature request for the sprint extension rather than the phabricator upstream)

Notes: I know conduit can create/edit objects. Would it be possible to do what is desired through that in the meantime?
