Description

  1. go to https://secure.phabricator.com/
  2. click on the conpherence icon
  3. click on general chat
  4. click on participants
  5. click on "edit"
  6. get "You Shall Not Pass: General Chat"
  7. click on another chat
  8. click on participants
  9. click on "edit"

Expected: be able to edit the new chat
Actual: get "You Shall Not Pass: General Chat"

FWIW, I briefly attempted to fix this while fixing T9348 and gave up.

Conpherence has a major rewrite due.

A terrible workaround is to reload the page before editing.
