I made a comment on someone else's diff:

A few minutes later, I noticed there's a typo in it which makes my comment hard to understand.

My problem is that I can no longer edit or delete this comment. I know I had an opportunity to review it before I pressed submit, but I didn't notice it until now.

One possible solution would be to allow the inline comments to be edited or deleted.
