A recent layout change removed the right-hand Contents panel with title hierarchy and moved it all to a flat drop-down icon at the very top of the page. Usability has diminished with this change and it is especially hard to navigate on long documents. In an ideal world this would also be a sticky menu so it is still easily accessed when scrolling.
