I need to top up SIM cards every month.
So, in Maniphest, I create a task to "top up SIM cards".
But once I have topped up the SIM cards, I am not all done, because next month I will need to top up again.

On the one hand

• I would like to communicate to my coworkers that I topped up the SIM cards this time.
• I would move the task out of my immediate sight to focus on other tasks.

--> The task should somehow be marked as done.

On the other hand

• The fact that I need to top up next month again, should not get accidentally lost, and this should not require a manual step.

--> I must not be required to manually create a "next months instance" of the closed task.

How can I model this in Phabricator?
