When I go to remove the limit on a Working Copy blueprint (I removed the text here):
After saving, the limit is still there:

You can probably set it to "0" to achieve the same effect, but this is a bug and I can reproduce it locally.
And obviously you can set it to "9999999999" to effectively achieve the same effect.
