Clicking on the 'Create subtask' button to create a new task leads to this comment/message appearing in the parent task:
<user> reopened blocking task <task> as "Open".

Shouldn't it just be:
<user> added a blocking task: <task> which is what appears when you add an existing task as a blocking task?
