Should be merged in T10004, probably

Steps to reproduce

As a low priviledge user (not member of Community)

Open a normal task (ie default ie form/6) or a bug report or a feature requests
Click on create subtask

Bug

You are redirected to maniphest/task/edit/form/6

Expected result

You somehow can choose beetwen form you actually can use, like evrywhere else !

This is the current intended behavior.

You can also reach this form by selecting "Create New Task" from a workboard, or by creating a new bug or feature and then editing it, or by navigating directly to the URL.

We may change this behavior in the future.
