The problem is, that sometimes a build don't finish after somehours or days (for example if the external server do not reply), so you can search for still running builds. Or you can search for the last failed builds, if you are interested in debugging or helping others to find errors, so you can look for the last error, or see, which revisions are ready to review (build passed).
