[ Current upgrade way ]

I've currently 3 Git repository (arcanist, libphutil and phabricator) I update with git pull origin master / git pull.

[ Main issue ]

There could be database changes, like for this new Ponder application and its new phabricator_ponder database.

[ Question ]

Is there already a recommended upgrade path?

Side question: should we use Ponder this way?
