Trying to look through things here, but not trivial to figure all this out, so I'll try asking here.

Is it possible to set up an instance of phabricator that mixes public and private permissions?

E.g.,

  • Public Bug tracker and questions (anyone can read - anyone registered can submit bugs)
  • Both Private and Public wikis. I.e., some wikis - such as documentation pages. tutorials, and public projects - are public, while the rest (e.g., private project pages) are only visible to specific user groups

And so on. Phabricator seems like a really interesting tool. Would be interested in trying it out, but even though we do OSS, it's not everything that we plan on doing that we'd like to be public (at least not right away), and maintaining multiple instances for that purpose would seem rather inconvenient.

In general: yes, usually. This install has a mixture of public and private content.

In this specific case: the wiki application does not support policies until T4029.
