how can I approve new user?

Details

I have users try to register with pfabricator, the People App shows me the blue bubble and tells me there are new users waiting for
approval. I, as a admin can open the users but there is no option to approve them?

You should have received an email with a link to approve them as admin.

Or on phabricator you can go on People menu then on Approval Queue submenu
