Summary

Depends on D9130.

This uses the last reported information from Fact for a given path to show the recent trends in Diffusion against each file.

The first link links to the lint information as it currently does; the second number shows the difference since the last lint scan and links to the Fact graph that will show the changes over time for this path on the given branch.

Test Plan

Tested it with some data in the fact table (see screenshot above).

Abandoning this because Fact is still very far away on the upstream roadmap, and by the time upstream work starts on it, this will probably be out-of-date anyway.
