Summary

Fixes T10287. Ref T10286.

  • Link stuff properly.
  • Generally, show "Parent (Milestone)" instead of "Milestone".
  • This probably doesn't get 100% of getName() -> getDisplayName() swaps, but we can get those as we catch them.
