General

Unconfirmed Email Addresses: We no longer send mail to unconfirmed email addresses, except certain types of system mail like the initial message to confirm the address and password reset mail.

Users with unconfirmed addresses do not currently receive any guidance about this, which is why this release hasn't been promoted to stable yet. The UI will offer guidance soon.
