Summary

We no longer have widgets, don't need these calls for simplicity.

Test Plan

Add a user to a room, remove a user from a room. Grep for needWidgetData

Can we also remove ConpherenceThread->getWidgetData() and ConpherenceThread->attachWidgetData()?
