If you press the "Expand/Collapse File" keyboard shortcut with an unloaded/shielded file (for example, because you are looking at a very large change) we should load the file if necessary in order to expand it.

During a Differential review with a large list of files with deferred loading, loading each file requires clicking on its Load File button with a mouse.

There are keyboard shortcuts to jump to next file, and to toggle expand/collapse on its loaded contents, but not one for actually loading it.

Adding a keyboard shortcut for Load File would help users with RSI/Carpal Tunnel when going through reviews with lots of deferred-load files.
