Hello,

I've noticed that projects with specific hashtags cannot be referenced in Phriction and Maniphest. I have one project called 3u1 and I cannot reference it.

I noticed the same for 0u1, 0u2, 1u1, 1u2, 3u3, 4u2, 5u3, etc...

As I can see, the pattern [NUMBER]u[NUMBER] is problematic.

Reproduce steps:

1. Create project with name 3u1 and/or one of hashtags above
2. Try to reference that project in Phriction by writing #3u1
3. Try to reference that project in Maniphest by wrting #3u1
