My team help people with Herald rule and we have a bunch of Herald rules that are important (adding blocking reviewers, eventually preventing pushes of unreviewed code once we move repository hosting to Diffusion. As such, I'd really like.to be able to subscribe to Herald rules to be notified if someone changes the rule.
