Phriction used to translate document urls with spaces to underscore.
we have some documents with underscore hyphen underscore in the url. WIth the latest code this behaviour seems to have been changed to remove the spaces around hyphen. This has rendered all those documents inaccessible.

If someone can give a quick workaround or point me to the commit/file it will be great.
