Nicer slugs for project tags

Description

Don't know if this has been brought up before, but the way that slugs are generated for project tags could do with stripping out certain characters such as '-'

For instance a project named "Example - Example" has a tag of 'example_-_example'

Mostly the example you provide is the way I'd prefer them represented (accurately). If people are using the '-' to denote a subproject, that's a different feature request.
