Create a new calendar entry on a day like today (e.g. 8/31). Click the right arrow on the calendar overlay to select a day in the next month (e.g. 9/1 or later). Note that the picker jumps an additional month (e.g. to October).

Hi everyone, when I open the datepicker (e.g. via https://secure.phabricator.com/calendar/event/edit/form/default/ ) today (it is August 31st), then it defaults to today (August 31st).
ACTUAL:
- Start at August 31st.
- When I click the "proceed one month" button, I land at October 1st.
- When I then click the "go back one month" button, I land at September 1st.
- When I then click the "go back one month" button again, I land at August 1st.
EXPECTED:
- Start at August 31st.
- When I click the "proceed one month" button, I land at September 30th.
- When I then click the "go back one month" button, I land at August 30th.
- When I then click the "go back one month" button again, I land at July 30th.
I think this should be reopened and fixed more thoroughly.
