Description

It would be nice to have a quick way to send a message to a whole project, preferrably right from the project page.

Currently, to send a message to all members of a project, one has to switch to conpherence, create a room, set visible,editable,joinable to the project and then manually select all project members from memory without any aid from Phabricator. This is cumbersome.
