Description

Hi folks,

after updating our phabricator instance to 46bd6b30f8fd55b4ef964dfd0663eaba1e84357b I cant' view some herald transcripts.
The transcript is created by a herald rule which should block an change on master and sends a notifcation to the admin
No shure where to investigate first in this case^^
