If you reply to a message inline, Phabricator will consider the entire message empty. So, to reply inline one must go to the web interface.
Your email to Phabricator was not processed, because an error occurred while trying to handle it: Your message does not contain any body text or attachments, so Phabricator can not do anything useful with it.
