Links for installers don't work

Description

The links for install_ubuntu.sh and install_rhel-derivs.sh on https://secure.phabricator.com/book/phabricator/article/installation_guide/#installing-required-comp don't work, they just redirect to https://secure.phabricator.com.

No worries, sorry these aren't working right now. We swapped hosts out and some of the domain rules changed a bit.
