On this install, it seems that something is wrong with the repository linked to the Phabricator book, see https://secure.phabricator.com/book/phabricator/article/arcanist/. Offhand, I think maybe this is my fault and probably happens when the symbol isn't linked to a repository. Just filing this so that I don't forget.
