Typeahead for repository requires the 'r' to autocomplete callsigns

Description

  1. Edit a revision
  2. Under the Repository field remove the current value
  3. Start typing a callsign for a new repository value

The callsign won't autocomplete unless you begin with the 'r'. When creating the repository, entering a callsign does not require manually prefixing with an 'r', and the 'r' seems like it's a visual indicator of sorts instead of part of the callsign.
