Description

See D13070#137353 for example. There is an inline comment for an older diff, but the link doesn't work. I think the link should be https://secure.phabricator.com/D13070?id=31599#inline-45684 instead, but this doesn't seem to work either.

Oh this might be because the comments were ported forward to the most recent diff and I have then hidden this particular comment.
