Make a distinction between landed vs abandoned when referencing tasks on Phabricator

Description

In a task, it's hard to tell the difference between a referenced diff that's been landed & closed vs. abandoned & closed: both are just crossed out, and abandoned shows a tooltip saying "closed", not "abandoned". :(
