Currently I can add CCs to discussions in maniphest and auditors to audit requests, etc. There is no Support for adding someone to the subscribers list of a wiki page, however.

The use case is publishing changes to spec-like documents, making sure that everybody who is concerned is notified about the update. At the moment, one needs to ask all people to
subscribe to a page, or (mis-)use a Maniphest task for that.
