You need to use the per-conpherence panel in full conpherence.

Problem here is that its a full conpherence-only (not durable column) panel, so linking to it will require some code changes so that it can render outside full conpherence and have a way to get back to the main conpherence on save. Conceivably, adding the ability to change things from the durable column also becomes trivial once we can pop a dialogue, etc rather than just the settings panel unique to conpherence full view.
