Restrict 'Assigned to' and 'CC' field user drop downs

Description

Is there a way I can limit what users see in the 'Assigned to' and 'CC' drop downs while creating a task?

Basically I want them to see only users that exist within the projects that the user has access to. For example - I have access to let's say three projects A, B and C; so while creating a new task, I should only be able to add people which are members of project A, B and C.

I think T3820 is what you are after.

Even T3820 won't necessarily fix this. We don't currently plan to implement this level of siloing, although we may pursue it after T3820. If you need to prevent users from knowing that other users exist, Phabricator may not be the best tool for your purposes.
