Description

at /settings/panel/ssh/, there's an option to generate an SSH public/private keypair.

I trust Phabricator, but it'd still be nice to disable this option for the paranoid.

A related request is to enable it, but require passphrases.

I think it's reasonable to provide an "off", "on, require passphrases" or "on, no passphrases" setting.
