Phame blog pages which use a skin aren't renderable with Quicksand. These pages should probably all just be blacklisted.

To repro:

• Create a post in Phame.
• Activate Quicksand.
• Click "View Live".

Expected:

• Real navigation to blog post with custom skin.

Actual:

• Quicksand misfires and tries to Ajax a page without the same frame and no chat column.

Likely fix is blacklisting /phame/live/, and maybe some other URLs?
