Wierd scroll area in header only in Conpherence

Description

I spent some time trying to find the cause of this, did not find it, but there appears to be a scrollbar sized area to the right of the main header there. I'm running out of time for the day and need to get packed for the trip.

Are you on a trackpad? I can't repro with a trackpad, but I do with a mouse.

I can't reproduce this with a mouse or with the trackpad. Using Chrome.

Think Evan fixed this when removing JS scrollbar
