Allow creation of Calendar events by sending mail to an address

Description

You should be able to email a configurable address like "meeting@whatever.com" to schedule a meeting.

  • Read name out of subject.
  • Determine time from explicit body commands or by guessing in the subject (e.g., see "3PM").
  • Read invitees out of explicit body commands or maybe by reading CCs (possible badish spamminess?)

T8267 briefly discussed the idea of automatically selecting an icon if one isn't provided.

Currently, one is always provided, but after email event creation is built that might be good to look into again.
