Inviting people and RSVP'ing to a Calendar event.

Description

The Calendar event invitee infrastructure is in place, but the creator of an event can not currently invite anyone but him/herself to the event. Change UI to allow adding invitees in the EventEditController.

  • Calendar event detail view action list should have a "Join Event" action, regardless of viewer's invite status.
  • Invitees should see some sort of banner content on the Calendar event header in the detail view. (Pending)
