Remarkup links support only HTTP schemes

Description

Both [[wiki-style links]] and [markdown-style](links) support only http:// schemes. Trying to link to ftp:// sites results in inconsistent behaviour:

  • [Markdown-style links](ftp://not.http/) will not be rendered at all.
  • wiki-style links will be rendered, but link to the top-level wiki page.
