Both `[[wiki-style links]]` and `[markdown-style](links)` support only `http://` schemes. Trying to link to `ftp://` sites results in inconsistent behaviour:
* [Markdown-style links](ftp://not.http/) will not be rendered at all.
* [[ftp://not.http/ | wiki-style links]] will be rendered, but link to the top-level wiki page.
